Your Monthly Credit Card Charge Explained

Why am I being charged for Virb?
If the charge doesn't seem familiar, take a minute to check with your coworkers/spouse/children. Most of the time, this issue is due to another person with access to the card signing up for a website Virb. We'd never sign you up without your permission.
 
Where is my billing history?
Receipts for charges to your account can be found on your Account page under the Payment History tab.

Can I get a refund?
Because billing is month to month, no refunds are given. You can delete your account before your next payment cycle, and we won't bill you ever again. There are no contracts or termination fees.
 
How do I cancel/delete my account?
If you no longer wish to be a Virb customer and want to cancel your billing, you need to delete your entire account by logging in, visiting your Account page, and clicking "Delete Your Account." We are unable to delete your Account for you.
